The Company has been in the industry for over 50 years
primarily through Concepcion Industries Inc. (CII). It has Philippines
license from Carrier, Kelvinator and it also producing own brand Condura
using its own factories. It was originally engaged in air conditioning
business but it expanded into other consumer appliance products and building
solutions such as elevators and escalators.

retail and trade refrigeration equipment. Its factory has a capacity of
300,000 units per year.
Concepcion Otis Philippines Inc,
(COPI, 51%)
imports and sells elevators, escalators, etc.
Concepcion Business Services Inc
(CBSI,100%) consolidates
the back office support services of the Compaby and its subsidiaries.
