Overview
It is one of the biggest raw sugar producers in the
country with a combined capacity of thirty six thousand five hundred (36,500)
metric tons cane per day. The Group also owns the second largest sugar
refinery with a capacity of eighteen thousand (18,000) Lkg. per day and the
two biggest ethanol producers in the country with a combined daily production
capacity of two hundred seventy five thousand (275,000) liters. It purchases sugar cane from planters and
traders. Most of the sugar is sold domestically. Alcohol is to all oil
companies in the Philippines. It partnered with Global Business Power Corp.
for the 40 MW co-generation project in 2015.
