Number Coding System in Metro Manila

The Unified Vehicular Volume Reduction Program (UVVRP), commonly called number coding or color coding, aims to reduce traffic congestion.

It also varies but it covers 7AM ~ 8PM with 10AM ~ 3PM window hours.

Notes: When it's your coding day, just don't bring your car out. There is window hour which exempt coding system but...it varies based on cities or road. Headache! Some cities even confiscate your license...sometimes you should attend seminar to get back your licence card on top of the penalty. Do you know where is the C4 road in Malabon? Ayeeeee.....just don't bring. TT

17 to judges of the metropolitan and municipal trial courts and sharia courts

Notes: Except president and VP, only 2 plates can be registered per official. It cannot be transferred to others.

1000 to Ambassadors
XXXX or XXXXX : diplomatic, some exempted vehicles such as Special Economic Zone locators who brought cars from their original country for business purpose.

Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) and Judicial and Bar Council (JBC)

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) is the official organization of all Philippine lawyers whose names appear in the Roll of Attorneys of the Supreme Court. These are the attorneys whose names appear in the Rolls of Attorneys of the Supreme Court. They have qualified for and have passed the Philippine Bar Examination conducted annually, and have taken the attorney’s oath, unless otherwise disbarred.

Membership in the IBP is compulsory for all lawyers in the country. The Philippine Supreme Court has required all lawyers to indicate their Roll of Attorneys Number in all papers and pleadings filed in judicial and quasi-judicial bodies in addition to the previously required current Professional Tax Receipt (PTR) and IBP Official Receipt or Life Member Number.
