1. Michael C. Cosiquein, Yerik C. Cosiquein and Irving
C. Cosiquien are siblings.
2. Citicore Power, Inc. (CPI) has solar/hydro power
project but it’s not a MWIDE subsidiary. The plan to transfer CPI to MWIDE
from CHII which is announced in 2016 is not yet completed.
3. Megacore Holdings, Inc is the Edgar B. Saavedra’s
holding company. Michael Cosiquein and Saavedra founded the company. Michael
has more than 25% stake through CHII.
4. MWIDE consortium was awarded for the Clark
International Airport new terminal building, in late 2017.
5. In late 2017, SSS acquired 3.5% stake of the company
from Megacore Holdings, Inc.

Overview
Its primary purpose is to engage in the general
construction business. Megawide, along with its joint venture partner, GMR
Infrastructure Limited (GMR), was officially awarded the Mactan Cebu
International Airport (MCIA) project under a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT)
agreement. It conducts various kinds
of construction projects from country’s leading companies and
government. Some projects are: COD, SM
condo projects, Rockwell Business Center, Mactan sewage treatment plant,
Toledo Solar Project, Silay Solar Project, Shangrila Salcedo, etc.
