Overview
With the combination of all 14 brands under its
portfolio, the Company secured its position as the leader in the casual
dining full-service restaurant industry in the Philippines. The Company’s
leading brands are; Max’s Restaurant, Pancake House, Yellow Cab Pizza, Jamba
Juice, Krispy Kreme, Teriyaki Boy, Dencio’s, Maple, Kabisera and Sizzlin’
Steak. It operates 3 commissaries that services all of its production,
distribution and storage requirements in the Philippines across its brands.
Yellow Cab Pizza has toll manufacturers supplying its raw and processed
requirements.
It has more than 50 branches overseas especially in
Middle East.

Revenue contribution in 2016:
Restaurant (P9415 million)
Commissary (P1257 million) pertains to good sold to
franchisees and external parties.
Franchising (P767 million)
Max’s restaurant has 193 stores with 11% market share
of full service restaurants.
Pancake House has 135 stores with 6.3% market share of
full service restaurants.
Yellow Cap Pizza has 150 stores. It also operates Army
Navy Burger + Burrito.
Krispy Kreme 76 stores.
Teriyaki Boy has 15 stores and Dencio’s has 12.
