Overview
The Company is primarily engaged in the business of
operating and maintaining a racetrack covered by its franchise, and managing
betting stations. PRC is also engaged in acquiring and developing real
properties. Its horse racing facilities are transferred to Naic, Cavete
(around 90-hectares) from Makati City (21.6-hectares). The old racing track
land will be re-developped into a mixed-use property under the JV with Ayala
Group. It receives fixed 8.5% of the gross receipts from the sales of betting
tickets.
