Subsidiaries / Associates / Affiliates / Joint Ventures Investment & Capital Corporation of the Philippines (ICCP) is an investment house. ICCP Venture Partners, Inc. (IVPI) is a venture capital arm. DBS bank of Singapore and a Swiss group are the major stockholders. Fiducia Asset Management Pte. Ltd. undertakes asset management services primarily targeted at non-Asian money. Science Park of the Philippines, Inc. (SPPI). The group was the foremost developers of this Park. Philippine American Life Insurance Company, Fremont Investors, Inc. (of the Bechtel family) and Government’s National Development Company are the major shareholder of SPPI. Pueblo de Oro Development Corp. is residential development arm. World Trade Center Metro Manila. The group manages and partly owns this company.
