Overview The name has changed from Interphil Laboratories, Inc. to Manchester International Holdings Unlimited, Melco Crown (Philippines) Resorts Corporation (MCP) and then the current name. Crown Resort Ltd. sold the stakes in Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited (Melco) to Melco International Development Limited. (MIDL). Now MIDL is the majority holder of Melco, the utltimate parent company of MRP. It is currently operates City of Dreams (COD).  COD has 380 gaming tables, 1,700 slot machines and 1,700 electronic gaming tables. Its 6 hotel towers have around 950 rooms. It is the co-licensee of COD with PLC. BEL owns the land and facilities. It pays rental fees to BEL and revenue share to PLC.
