1. Dexter Y. Tiu, Alexander Y, Tiu and Ben C.Tiu are are brothers. Ben C. Tiu is the eldest son of John Tiu Ka Cho. JTKC group, founded by John Tiu Ka Cho, controls Discovery Word (DWC), TKC metals (T), I-Remit (I, a listed company) and Sterling Bank.
Overview
 Its primary purpose is to be the holding company of Titan Mining and Energy Corporation (TMEC), which is involved in a coal mining and energy-related business.  TMEC currently has three Coal Operating Contracts (COC) in Mindanao, one in Davao Oriental (total 7,000-hectares) and two in Zamboanga Sibugay (total 6,000-hectares). It has completed their exploration phase as of 2016. In 2016, preliminary mine development activities have commenced at the Davao Oriental Project, although TMEC is still awaiting the conversion of the COC from exploration to development and production.
