Its products include precast wall systems; DATEMFLOOR, which integrates a reinforced concrete panel with a cast-in-place concrete topping to deliver flooring over conventional works; specialized formworks; structural works; and finishing works. In 2013, the company has expanded into affordable housing and bulk water and wastewater treatment.  It has set up Datem Water Vietname recently. Business It has a lot of major real estate developers as clients such as Unilab, Robinsons Land, Alphaland, Greenfield, Federal Land, etc. It is planning an IPO soon.
