Overview It was founded by J.Y. Campos and M.K. Tan in 1945 as a small corner drug store. Unilab develops, manufactures, and markets a wide range of prescription and consumer health products covering all major therapeutic categories. Many of these products are leading brands in the Philippines, and Asia Pacific regions. Business It acquired, through RiteMED, Pascual Laboratories, Inc.’s subsidiary Pharex HealthCorp to enter into primary and preventive healthcare in late 2016.
