Notes
1. In late 2017, It acquired 15% Stake in 50MW SULU
ELECTRIC POWER AND LIGHT PHILS INC. (SEPALCO) Solar Project.
2. It is seeking possible participation in LNG projects
in the Philippines. It signed MOU with China Energy Engineering Corporation
Limited (CEEC) for this purpose.
3. Menlo Capital, formerly Pacific Asia Capital Corp.,
is owned by the Bitanga and Osmeña families, with Lucio “Bong” Tan Jr.
holding a minority stake.
4. Menlo Capital acquired PTT (a listed company). There
was no disclosure but Zamora Family (NIKL, a listed company) seemed to take
controlling stake in Menlo Capital.

Overview
It has two land banks. The first is a 160 hectare
industrial estate in Naga City, Cebu known as the New Cebu Township One
(NCTO) and the second consists of 700 hectare of raw land in San Isidro
Municipality, Leyte known as Amihan Woodlands Township (AWT). NCTO is
registered to PEZA and There is no major development in AWT (eco-residential/tourism
project) for now.
