Overview SRDC is authorized to act as a contractor or subcontractor for the construction of houses, buildings, roads, bridges and other construction projects for the private sector or the government anywhere in the Philippines. In February 2008, the Board of SRDC decided to wind down the Company's construction business and re-focus its activities into real estate development.
