Notes 1. Mr. Geronimo P. Bella, Jr., Ricardo Rodrigo P. Bella, and Virginia May P. Bella are siblings. Maria Elizabeth Jean E. Bella is the offspring of Mr. Geronimo P. Bella, Jr. 2. In late 2017, Harbor Star Energy Corporation ("HSEC") acquired  60% of Astronergy Development Gensan Inc., which has licenses to operate 25 MW expandable to 75MW, solar power plant in General Santos.
Overview Its service lines include harbor assistance, lighterage, towing, ship salvage, marine construction, repair and maintenance works, and other marine services. Other marine services include oil and chemical spill response, diving and underwater work, and ship and crew management. Harbor Star is the only Integrated Management System (“IMS”) certified tugboat-based marine services provider in the Philippines. In 2012, it acquired a Anchor Handling Tug Supply vessel. , Harbor Star has established operations in fifteen (15) base ports all over the country, providing services to approximately ten thousand five hundred forty nine (10,549) ships as of yearend 2016.
