Notes: 50% is just 750 million shares...what will happen to the rest shares? Somebody gonna subscribe sooner or later? Why the price is going up? Dilution is not a matter?

2. Vista Land to have 60 malls by end of 2020; triples its current 22 malls.

Notes: There will be malls in every city since all mall operators are planning to build more. Why STR and HVN share went up not VLL?

3. Globe in talks with 3rd parties for creation of independent tower company.

Notes: Who is the tower company? Who can buy out this big assets? Hmmm.. The common tower idea of the government will benefits all telcos? Who will be the winner in this telco war eventually? The 3rd telco willing to face the chicken game from the very beginning? After they get full support with frequency, fiber backbone, common tower....will they initiate the war..price war?
