1. RYM business
management corporation holds around 70% stake of the company through PCD
NOMINEE CORP. RYM is a consultancy firm.
2. RYM has stakes in other companies such as Prime
Media Holdings Inc. (PRIM, 43%), Marcventures Holdings Inc. (MARC), Benguet
Corp. (BC) and Bright Kindle Resources and Investments Inc. (BKR, formerly Bankard
Inc.)
3. RYM is an affiliate of Romualdez family. The former
first lady Imelda Marcos is from this family.
4. In late 2017, RYM announced that it sold 67% share
if AGF to ISOC Holdings, Inc. It’s holding company of Michael C. Cosiquien
and his family. (MWIDE). ISOC is currently building a 2,412 square-meter cold storage
facility.
