Overview
FLI has over 50 years of real estate expertise and has
developed over 2,500 hectares of land, having provided home/home sites for
over 200,000 families. It currently owns a land bank of 2,410 hectares for
sustainable future growth. It has 47.5% interest in Clark Mimosa project and
55% stakes in Clark Green City project.

estate segment can be categorized based on price
(socialized, high-end, etc), purpose (leisure, industrial, membership, etc)
and heights (mid-rise and high-rise). Bulk of the revenue is from
middle-income house & lot sales.

segment includes retail leasing (Festival
supermall, Fora mall, etc), office leasing (PBCom Tower, Cyberzone, etc) and
others. Office rental accounted for 62% and retail leasing accounted for 38%.

income includes equity earning, interest, etc.
