2. Tomas I. Alcantara, Alejandro I. Alcantara and

Overview
It was incorporated as Victoria Gold Mining Corporation
but changed its name to ACR later.
Some of the Alcantara Group’s established businesses
are under ACR. Its core businesses are Energy and Power, Property Development
and Other Investments.

It has four (4) operating diesel and bunker fired power
plants with total capacity 258 MW, all of which are located in Mindanao. Besides,
through a subsidiary SEC, it completed a 105 MW coal-fired power plant in
2016. The second phase of the coal-fired plant with another 105 MW capacity is
under construction.
Property
Development
Through a subsidiary, ALC, it was involved in
developing 700 ha Eagle Ridge Golf & Country Club. It is a JV with Sta.
Lucia Realty Development. It is developing other real estate including
Kamanga Agro-Industrial Economic Zone.
