petroleum products. It is developing 894
hectares land into a commercial palm plantation under the contract with
farmer’s association. It operates now mini palm oil milling facilities with
50MT/day capacity.
NAKEEN CORPORATION (100%owned by ABERDI) handles oil palm nursery and
plantations operations.
Peakpower Energy Inc. (PEI, 20%) a holding company of all Peakpower
project subsidiaries. Peakpower Soccsargen Inc. (PSI) is a 20.9MW
Diesel/Bunker-Fired Power Plant. Peakpower San Francisco Inc. (PSFI) is a
5.2MW Diesel/Bunker-Fired Power Plant. Peakpower Bukidnon Inc. (PBI) is a
10.4MW Diesel/Bunker-Fired Power Plant.
Brown Resources Corp.
Palm Thermal Consolidated Holdings,
Corp.(PTCHC, 100%) is
a mere holding company of PCPC.
Hydro Link Projects Corp (HLPC,
100%) is a
permit securing stage for a 16 MW
hydro power plant.
Masinloc Consolidated Power, Inc. (49%)
has not yet
started commercial operations.
PhiGold Limited.(18.70%)
PALM
CONCEPCION POWER CORPORATION (PCPC), is 20% owned by PTCHC,
operates a 135 MW coal-fired power plant.
