BLOOM, ATN, MEG

1. Sureste Properties Inc. (SPI) a wholly owned subsidiary of Bloomberry Resorts Corporation (BLOOM) submitted today a bid to purchase the 16 hectares land in Entertainment City where Solaire Resort & Casino (Solaire) and its expansion area is located. The bidding is conducted by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) as owner of the land. SPI, the owner and operator of the hotel and non-gaming facilities in Solaire, is the lessee of the subject land.

2. ATN Holdings, Inc. (ATN) apply for an Exploration Permit, Mineral Processing Permit, Tree Cutting Permit and other government permits needed for the immediate extraction of rock materials within the 256 hectare titled property of the Corporation.

3. Megaworld (MEG) is embarking on a company-wide program to ‘future-proof’ its developments around the country through the creation of ‘iTownships.’ It will become our new brand in ‘creating the townships of the future.’ It is about innovation, integration, internet and interconnectivity.
