Overview
Solar Philippines is the largest developer of Solar
Rooftop power plants in South East Asia. Its Batangas factory would produce 2.5 million panels a year. It has
completed several roof-top projects in several malls like SM. It also signed an around 80 MW solar power
supply agreement with MERALCO. It is planning to penenstrate rural areas
where electricity grid cannot reach with the small size (several MWs)
solar-battery farm. This micro-grid system will help rural development
considering thousands of small islands.
